INTERMEDIARY, BRUTONICS' own ERP system, has been enhanced and improved to better support the Criminal Record Check service digitally. BRUTONICS' Criminal Record Check (CRC) Service supports companies in checking certificates of good conduct that are not entitled to request or inspect police certificates of good conduct from applicants or employees, as this is only permitted by law in defined exceptional cases. Otherwise, it is generally inadmissible under data protection law, as personal data of applicants or employees are viewed that are irrelevant to the employment relationship. Under the GDPR, this can lead to heavy penalties. The CRC service only checks against entries in the certificate of good conduct that are relevant to the position under consideration.

The enhancements and improvements are aimed at making the use of our CRC service simple and efficient to maximise user experience and ensure the protection of applicants' and employees' personal data.
