INTERMEDIARY, BRUTONICS' own ERP system, was developed to offer its customers the greatest possible flexibility and all the advantages of a SaaS solution. INTERMEDIARY has been consistently developed for individualization and extensibility in order to offer support for even the most special processes and features. The intelligent system architecture, which is second to none, has proven itself so much that INTERMEDIARY has now been expanded into a platform.

The platform capability of INTERMEDIARY allows BRUTONICS to implement specific modules for customers, which they can use on the INTERMEDIARY platform as a SaaS solution. Such modules, with individual functionalities, are exclusively available to the client, but the elementary functions of INTERMEDIARY are used. This option allows customers to build satellite systems to support specific processes, for example, without having to intervene in their existing applications or even customize standard systems.

Both implementation and further development are handled by BRUTONICS in most cases, so that customers can enjoy all the benefits of a SaaS solution. The architecture of INTERMEDIARY allows to implement the desired functionalities in a very short time. Here, we work closely with our customers in an agile approach.

For example, the support of BRUTONICS' Criminal Record Check (CRC) service was realized. Initially built as special functionalities in the Personnel Services (PS) module, a separate module has since been created by expanding the CRC functionalities. The CRC module contains very specific functionalities, which are also used exclusively by the CRC service, but use basic services of the INTERMEDIARY platform.

Individual development is taken to a whole new level with INTERMEDIARY. The decisive factor and effort for companies is no longer the development. As a SaaS solution, the operation, maintenance and further development is taken over by BRUTONICS.
