Setup and introduction

For the fast and smooth introduction of INTERMEDIARY we follow our structured approach together to optimally coordinate INTERMEDIARY and your company. 

This approach takes into account not only all the essential parameters for setting up INTERMEDIARY, but also a clear roadmap for effortless data migration.

Each introduction leads to a pre-production environment in which we test and adjust the processes extensively together with the company's own data. This allows us to implement individual adjustments and any potential identified for your company.

After the pre-production phase, the transfer to the live system and the start of your cooperation with INTERMEDIARY takes place in live operation.

All onboarding phases are closely monitored by us. We never lose sight of the goal: a smart and perfectly fitting go-live.

If individual adjustments are necessary or desired, we work together with you in agile mode (Scrum) on the implementation.

Automatic updates, backups, operation and maintenance of INTERMEDIARY are covered and guaranteed by our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
